Anonymous asked: how long did it take you to lose that belly? what did you do? good for you by the way!

Hi! Thank you! It’s taken about a smidge over 2 weeks, and I do P90X 6 days a week and stick to a strict diet!

Anonymous asked: im trying to lose weight, and i have been fasting or eating smaller portions. to doing as make sit ups and stairclimber at night as i can, i was just wondering what you are doing and how long it too you.. looking for tips. i never had a set plan before anyways,

Well a great place to start is finding the amount of calories you need to lose weight at a healthy rate. I recommend using the calculator provided in the link below. Also, I can tell you that fasting is NEVER the answer. Trust me, been there done that and it just bounces back on you ten fold. You need food to have energy to keep up an exercise routine. Sit ups honestly are a waste of time believe it or not. You need to keep things fresh so your body doesn’t build up immunity to the work out. I HIGHLY recommend P90X, it’s a tad pricy (although if you hunt you can find it online and download illegally) but it’s so worth it. That’s what I’ve been doing, and it’s not as hard as everyone makes it out to be. I’m very strict with my diet, every day I eat the same food. Breakfast: Oatmeal Lunch: Meal replacement smoothie (Strawberries, Vanilla Greek yogurt, water, Strawberry protein powder), and Dinner: Grilled chicken breast and green beans and broccoli. That’s not the healthiest meal plan as far as enough calories goes but it’s feeding my body pretty well. I work out every day with the P90x except for Sunday, my rest day, and I am about 2 weeks into my plan. Let me know if you need anything else :) xoxox
